The fun fact is I don’t know who has named this recipe as Zafar shorba but I love this recipe ..!

Take a pressure cooker add oil once it is warm add cumin seeds,curry leaves then add ginger garlic paste & round sliced potatoes sauté for 30-40 seconds then add water

And add rest of the ingredients cover it & cook only until 1 whistle.release the pressure open the lid and cook for 2 minutes don’t stir vigorously potatoes will be mashed they must be partially boiled.garnish with coriander leaves.
