  • 1 cupChickpea/kabuli chana -
  • 1Chopped carrot -
  • 2Chopped cucumber -
  • 1 cupChopped spinach -
  • 1 cupChopped capsicum -
  • 1 tbspChopped coriander leaves -
  • 1 tbspChopped mint leaves -
  • 1 tbspSalted peanuts -
  • 1 tbspLemon juice -
  • For dressing
  • 1/4 cupPeanut butter -
  • 1 tbspSoy sauce -
  • 1 tbspHoney -
  • 1 tbspSesame oil -
  • 1 tbspVinegar -
  • 1 tbspRed chilly sauce
  • 2 tspGrated ginger -
  • 1 tbspLemon juice -

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and soak chickpea over night and pressure cook with one cup of water for ten mins.

    Take a bowl add boiled chickpea,carrot,cucumber,spinach,capsicum,green coriander leaves,mint leaves,lemon juice and salted peanuts and mix well.

    Before serving add the dressing and mix well.
