Wash and soak the lobia for 4 to 5 hours

Take a pan add oil medium and add cumin seeds
and than add chopped tamater - 3
Add the red chilli, turmeric and cumin powder, mix well and let the mixture cook until the ghee leaves the sides.
and add soaked lobia and mix well - 4
And add 3cup water and weight 5-6 Whistles high flame then
trun the flame low 10 minutes
and then serve with roti
