Easy and yummy quick one-pot meal for your kids lunch boxes. These will be sufficient enough for the snack box even if you don't give them anything else. Complete satisfying meal for your loved ones with Rice or Chapatis or even plain Parathas. Homemade and purely a bliss. These are sliced and then deep fried. 2 ingredient super quick recipe that goes along very well with Rice and Daal. A perfect simple Lunch for all.
Happy Frying!

Steps
- 1
Heat Oil on a medium flame. As soon it gets heated, stir in some Salt in the bowl with the Wedges. Mix well and add them to the hot Oil few at a time.
- 2
Deep fry on a medium high to a high heat turning at regular intervals for an even frying. Do not add all at once. Do it in batches. Salt can be added later on also but I prefer it doing this way because the flavour gets Infused well.
- 3
Drain on an absorbent paper and relish. Yum! Enjoy!
