Take batter add salt and vegetables swith on the flame and place greased appe container on it.

Now add eno in dosa batter and mix well. Pour small serving spoon of batter in the wholes of appe container and cover it with lid.

When appe batter dries from the top and brush with oil on the top and turn the sides of appe with the help of satte stickor tooth pick

Again cover for 1 or 2 minutes or check it with tooth pick. Take out in a plate and pour second trip in it and make like all this.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce and enjay thisnutritious appe with your loved ones
