Are you tired of eating potato chips or french fries? Then try this simple tradational and easy recipe of potato kababs.

Steps

Boil the potatoes.Peel them and then mesh them in a bowl.

Now add chopped green chilli,coriander and onion
- 3
Now add all spices (salt,cumin seeds,red chilli powder+flakes).

Mix well all the ingredients with your hand.

Now take a small portion of mixture,make a ball and press gently with both hands.

Grease a tray with oil and place them on it seprately. This mixture will make approximately 28 medium sized kababs.

You can freeze and store them if you want.

For frying, heat the oil on tawa.

Dip the kabab in beaten egg (you can also coat them in bread crumbs,if you want them to be crispy on outside) and then place it on tawa.

When it turns golden brown on both sides,take them out and serve hot with chilli garlic ketchup and green chutney.
