Get rice gritz and put on strainer with boiling water in a pot underneath

While rice is cooking. Slice your spinach and wash thoroughly with salt and set aside

After about 20 mins bring down the gritz and put in a bowl. Add seasoning, curry, ginger powder and other desired spices

Add spinach, onion slices, grated scotch bonnet and turn till well incorporated

Add vegetable oil and give a good stir

Take back on the collander and close well so no air is coming out and leave for about 20 min or until well cooked

Serve with oil, seasoning and yaji
