Combine your yeast and lukewarm water and set aside for 8 minutes

In a medium-sized bowl and mix together your flour, sugar and sea salt, whisk it until combined

Set up a stand mixer with a paddle(or use your hands) then add half of your flour mixture, the yeast mixture(once the 8 mins is up) and your olive oil.

Mix it on medium- low until thoroughly combined. Switch to a dough hook, continue to mix(or Knead) until smooth and elastic(about 2-3 more minutes.

Once he dough is smooth, lightly grease a medium-sized bowl and plop your dough in the bow l and cover it with a greased plastic rap. let it rise for 1 hr or until doubled in size

Lightly flour a work surface and bring out your dough, punch it down and plump it down on the work surface Divide it in half, then divide it again into 12 equal pieces, then let rest for 5 mins covered with a damp towel or your plastic wrap used the first time

Once rested roll each individual piece into 9 inch pieces.
Place your pieces onto a baking paper lined baking try spaced at least 1 inch space between them(you may need 2) cover with a damp towl and let rest for 45 mins.
Preheat the oven to 220°C - 8
Once the 45 mins is up place them in the oven for 13 minutes(or until golden brown).

While your bread-sticks are cooking in a small pot add your butter, wait for the butter to start foaming and turning lightly brown, take it off the heat and add 1-2 large garlic cloves grate into the butter and let sit for 30 seconds, then strain into a bowl.

Once the bread-sticks are done using a brush, brush the bread-sticks with the garlic butter and sprinkle salt over it
