Steps

Crush the garlic and green chillies. Take a pressure pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add carom seeds and asafoetida. Add crushed green chillies and garlic

Saute for some time. Add turmeric. Add washed green beans and brinjal. Add salt. Mix it. Cover it and give three whistles.

Open it. Sprinkle with some green garlic chives and serve hot with bhakhri.

Tip - I used half cup of water while cooking because we prefer tender beans. If you like slightly uncooked, avoid adding water.
