Prepare all the ingredients

Heat up the herbs without oil until fragrance, then add in ginger.

Next add the chicken pieces, stir well. Add in the cooking wine while they are still not fully cook, so it will sip in well into the meat. Sprinkle a bit of salt towards the end.

Steam for 15 minutes
