Flavourful Coconut fritters which is full of goodness of coconut.

In a mixing bowl, add grated coconut, green chilli, haldi, salt.

Add maida and mix well

Add water gradually, mix well and check whether it binds or not, need a binding consistency. Give shape of fritters of round flat.

Now in pan add mustard oil, wait for medium heat, start adding the fritters one by one.

Shallow fry under low to medium flame till golden brown.

Fritters are ready to serve.
