  2. Vegetable oil
  3. Onions
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Red pepper
  6. Seasoning and spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your plantain into desired shape add lil salt and fry in a vegetable oil

  2. 2

    For d sauce...wash and chop all the above ingredients...put inside pan add lil water and vegetable oil....add saesoning and spices....cover and allow to simmer for some minutes

  3. 3

    Done and ready to eat
