Ingredients

30 mins or less
2 people
  1. 2 slicescooked Spam or other luncheon meat, sliced
  2. Handfulgreen beans, cut
  3. Handfulpechay or chinese cabbage or bokchoy/pakchoy are good too, cut
  4. 1tomato, sliced
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. 1/2small onion
  7. 1 Tbspcooking oil or olive oil
  8. 1 Tbspoyster sauce
  9. 3 Tbspwater
  10. Salt & pepper

30 mins or less
  1. 1

    Pre cook Spam or luncheon meat. I prefer the spicy kind, makes the dish tastier. Slice into bite sizes then set aside.

  2. 2

    In the same pan, add oil and sauté garlic & onions until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Sauté in the cut beans, add a little water and cover. Cook a couple minutes in low-med heat.

  4. 4

    Add the sliced tomatoes and veggie stalks. Season with salt, pepper and Oyster Sauce, mix around then cover. Cook a few minutes more.

  5. 5

    Sauté in the Spam slices. And drop the leafy parts on top then cover a couple minutes more.

  6. 6

    Uncover and sauté. Remove from heat when veggies look bright green and the green beans are cooked through yet still crunchy.

  7. 7

    Serve with rice, or as a side dish.
