Jeera tricolour Pulao

Soak rice for at least 1 hour

Take a vessel and add ghee in it now temper with jeera(cumin seeds) and bay leaf and add 4 bowl water in it

Now add salt in it and let water boil
When water starts boiling add soaked rice in it and first cook it at high flame, when water is absorbed turn flame at medium low - 4
In 30 mins jeera rice is ready
Now fry chopped onion in ghee till golden brown
These onion gives a different aroma and taste to pulao - 5
Now from cooked rice take a spoon of rice and mix Orange food colour in it
Now do it same for green colour
Now garnish with orange and green rice and fried onion on the top of pulao and enjoy
