Take a pan/kadai add 2 to 3 tbsp of oil

Once the oil is heated add cumin seeds..

Cumin seeds start splutter at that time add green chillies..just split a bit..

Once the chillies fried well add chopped cabbage..cover the lid

N leave it fr 10 mins..

After 10 mins open the lid n add turmeric powder..

Saute once n cover it with lid again fr 5 mins mre

After 5 mins open the lid n check it out the cabbage is well cooked..

Let the cabbage cool..

Now it is time fr mixer

Take a jar add the cabbage mixture along with that add 5 to 6 curry leaves,3 garlic cloves, little tamarind n salt as per salt

Make it a fine paste..Dont add water..

Take the paste into a bowl..

Let us go fr tadka..

Take a pan add 2 tbsp of oil n heat it

Now add urad dal,mustard seeds n curry leaves..saute until the urad dal turns into golden color..

Switch off the flame..put this tadka in the bowl

Give a gud mix n serve it with hot rice or roti
