First, take a pan and add ghee. After adding ghee, pour in the milk and mix well, then add sugar. Mix these three ingredients well. Stir the milk and sugar in the pan over low heat until they are well combined.

Once the milk and sugar are well mixed, add the milk powder and cardamom powder. Keep stirring until it forms a dough-like consistency and starts to leave the sides of the pan.

Turn off the heat and shape the mixture into pedas with your hands. Garnish with pistachios on top, and your milk powder peda is ready.
