Ingredients

  1. 32 gprotein powder
  2. nut milk
  3. 233 ggreek yogurt
  4. 15 gpsyllium husk
  5. 30 gblueberries
  6. 5 gPB2
  7. 20 gzero calorie maple syrup

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the protein powder and nut milk in a bowl adding enough milk to make it a slightly runny sludge.

    Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
