Ingredients

  • 1 kgyogurt (Greek, without added sugar)
  • 1 cancondensed milk (appr. 200 ml)
  • 1lemon (only the juice)
  • 400 gramsbiscuits (crumbled)
  • 150 gramsunsalted butter (melted)

  1. 1

    Melt the butter and mix it with the crumbled biscuits. Put the pan in the fridge.

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix the yogurt, the lemon juice and the condensed milk until you have a nice texture.

  3. 3

    Put the yogurt mix on the top of the biscuit mix and let it in the fridge at least 4 hours.
