This is the recipe I always follow for cupcakes, I just use different ingredients like colorful sprinkles, milk chocolate chips, or cranberries!
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar using a mixer until they become fluffy and pale.

Add the sunflower oil.

Alternately add the flour with the baking powder and vanilla, and the milk.

Finally, add the chocolate chips. I used one bag, but you can use two if you like.

Place in cupcake liners in a muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes. This time I decided to make them quite larger, so it took me longer to bake. If you make them smaller, they need at most 15 minutes to avoid drying out!
