Ingredients

24 cupcakes
  1. 3 1/3 cupsself-rising flour (about 400 grams)
  2. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  3. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1 cupwhole milk (about 240 grams)
  6. 1 1/4 cupssugar (about 240 grams)
  7. 1 cupsunflower oil (about 240 grams)
  8. Milk chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar using a mixer until they become fluffy and pale.

    Add the sunflower oil.

    Alternately add the flour with the baking powder and vanilla, and the milk.

    Finally, add the chocolate chips. I used one bag, but you can use two if you like.

    Place in cupcake liners in a muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes. This time I decided to make them quite larger, so it took me longer to bake. If you make them smaller, they need at most 15 minutes to avoid drying out!
