Lemon peel tea

Lemon tea is a common tea but if you put Lemon peel (chilkay) you will get more nutrients plus freshness…
Well, I use this for my diet. One of my Chinese friend advised me to make this tea, pour in a bottle and keep drinking a whole day for good metabolism. So from that day I stop to throw my squeezed lemon or peels.
I use this with honey… and sometimes i put peels and mint altogether 😄

Take a lemon, peel it … i love peeling like a spiral😀

Pour water in a saucepan, bring it to boil and add tea dust.

Once it started boiling put 2-3 small pits of peel in it and make your flame high for 30 sec. Till then prepare your cup just putting peel in an empty cupS

Pour the hot tea on the top of lemon peel and add your choice of sweetness; honey, sugar or jaggery anything. I pour honey almost 1 tsp.

Sip sip…and the tea makes my morning so fresh and shine🌞
