Ghiya peel chutney

Wash giya peels properly.Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add chana,urad dal,jeera seeds,garlic,giya peels cook for few seconds.

Then add salt and red chilli powder combine well switch off the flame.

Then transfer the mixture to a grinder jar add coconut and grind to a fine paste.Then add imli syrup n mix.

Now heat 1 tsp oil in a tempering pan add mustard seeds,curry leaves and Kashmiri mirch when turns crisp off the flame & pour over the chutney.Serve with lunch
