Mix 3 tsp. Oil,sugar & salt with flour.mix it for 3 to 4 minutes.

Then add water & make a dough.Knead it very well.Take small portion from dough & roll one by one.

Heat oil in kadai & make phulka in medium to high flame.Fry both side.Then Luchi or Phulka is ready to serve with Dum Aloo or Chana dal or Fried brinjal. This is our traditional Bengali food for festival.
