Stir-Fried Squid with Bell Peppers and Broccoli 🥦

Clean all the ingredients and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the ginger, and marinate the squid with chili paste, a bit of seasoning, and ginger for about 10-15 minutes.

Blanch the broccoli, bell peppers, and onion, then transfer them to an ice water bath. Soak for about 10 minutes, then drain.

Add a little oil to a pan and stir-fry the squid. After about 3 minutes, add the vegetables and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until everything is cooked. If the dish is a bit bland, serve it with soy sauce and a few slices of fresh chili for an extra kick 🥰
