In a large bowl, take the all purpose flour, add yoghurt, salt and oil For moin and mix it. Then add baking powder and grated boiled potatoes and mix everything well. Now knead the flour properly without adding water. Knead the flour till it becomes a proper dough.

Then apply a little oil on it and cover it with a cloth or lid and leave it for 15 minutes.

Now grease your hands with oil and knead the dough again for two minutes to make a big loaf out of it.

Now heat oil in a pan and Deep fry the puris prepared by weaving in it till it becomes golden on both sides. So that our bhature will be ready.

Now our very fluffy and soft aloo bhature is ready to serve. This bhature is fun to eat with chole. By adding aloo to this, this bhature can be eaten alone even without any vegetables subji.
