Soak rice before 1 hr take a big pan add water few drops of oil bring
It boil, then add some ginger garlic paste 1 cinnamon stick, bay leaf,salt and rice cooked until 90 %done. Drain off and keep aside. - 2
Heat oil in kadai add sabut garam masala, ginger garlic paste along with all chopped vegetables sauté well on high flame.

Take whisked curd add all the dry spices along with lil water put that into kadai and mix well. Add paneer mix with light hand..Layer the cooked rice and vegetables.

Top with some coriander, green chilli, mint leaves, add few drops of kewra water, and orange food color, 1 tsp lemon juice and lil water. Cover or dum it on low flame till 15-20 mins.
After 20 minutes switch off gas keep rest for 5 mins and serve hot with raita and sweets.
