Ingredients

  • Nest
  • 100 gboiled chicken breast
  • 100 gred beans
  • 1tomato
  • 1cucumber
  • 1red pepper
  • 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoongarlic paste
  • Fried potato
  • 2potatoes
  • Small eggs
  • 2boiled egg
  • 50 gred beans
  • 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
  • 1/3 teaspoongarlic paste
  • Kiri cream cheese
  • fresh coriander or some green vegetables

Steps

  1. 1

    Ingredients: Shred potato and fry in vegetable oil until crispy.

    Cut vegetables into same size. Drain red beans. Season with mayonnaise and garlic paste and mix all well.

    Place the mixed salad on dish and make it like this shape.

    Shred boiled egg and red beans with shredder. Mix them with mayonnaise and garlic paste.

    Cut cream cheese into small cube and wrap with egg-bean mixture to make small quail egg shape.

    Garnish with fried potatoes and place some green on top. Then put eggs on green. Enjoy Kawaii salad.
