Chicken Murtabak is one of my favorite things, roti dough with minced meat filling, fragrant spices. It is a very enjoyable meal.

Mix well bread flour and water, knead it till smooth. Leave it 30 mins. Then divide the dough into 6 pieces form into a small ball. Put in the container soak with butter, leave it for an hour or over night.

Filling, cook medium heat. Pour olive oil when it hot add onion stir till fragrant add chicken stir fry till it cook add potato smashed, salt, black pepper, oregano and cayenne stir fry till cook. Leave it cool down.

Turn it on the flour surface. Roll the dough gently as thin as it can be. Place on the filling and wrap it into a square. Ready to roast.

Then roasting pan on the stove, put the dough into the pan 👀 turn when it turn to the golden brown. Cut it before serve.
