Steps

Soak fancee in water and when it is soft cut it into an inch long.

Peel and remove intestine of shrimps

Sautee ginger and shrimpd in a pan with oil.When shrimp changes colour remove and set aside

In.same pan.sautee ginger again then the gourd.Mix it then add just a little bit water and fish sauce

Let it boil and cook it for five mins.Now add fancee mix and simmer.When.the fancee is cook.

Its time to add shrimp and the.beaten egg.Cover it to simmer a little.Then remove and serve
