Ingredients

  2. 4 tablespoonsplain yogurt (about 60 grams)
  3. Salt, to taste
  4. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 2 teaspoonsKashmiri red chili powder
  6. Dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi), as needed

  8. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  9. 2 teaspoonsginger-garlic paste
  10. 1/4 cupmustard oil (about 60 ml)

    First, thoroughly clean the chicken.

    In a bowl, mix the chicken with yogurt, salt to taste, turmeric powder, garam masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, dried fenugreek leaves, and mustard oil. Combine well.

    Let the chicken marinate for 3-4 hours.

    Meanwhile, prepare the chutney: Wash the cilantro leaves well, place them in a blender jar, add a little salt, green chili, and yogurt, then blend until smooth.

    After four hours, heat oil in a frying pan. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook on low heat.

    After a while, turn the chicken pieces with a spoon and cook evenly on all sides.

    Once the chicken is cooked on both sides, transfer to a plate. Serve with some chopped onion and cilantro chutney. It's very delicious!
