  12. 1 tbspssabut dhania rosted & crush
  13. 2 tbspsookhi methi
  14. 1 tspmethi dana
  15. 1 tspkalonji
  16. 1/2 cupghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Piyaz timatar chop kar lein.

  2. 2

    Karrahyi mein ghee dal kar us mein piyaz dalen

  3. 3

    Jab colour light sa change ho to adrak lehsan daal kar bhoon lein.

  4. 4

    Halka sa pani dalen aur timatar daal kar 2 mint cover kar dein.

  5. 5

    Timatr thorrey soft hojayen phr is mein tamam masaley add kar k bhoon lein.

  6. 6

    Masala ghee chorr dey to alu gobhi daal kar mix karein.

  7. 7

    25 se 30 mint tak low flame par pakayen

  8. 8

    Jab sabzi gal jaye to methi sprinkle kar k 2 mint cover karein.

  9. 9

    Last mein hara dhaniya hari mirch se garnish kar serve karein.
