Here is my ultimate comfort food ❤
A very soft apple cake with a hint of coconut, made with Greek yogurt and rice flour.
Cooking Instructions

Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are light and frothy, then add the oil.

Mix in the yogurt, rice flour, and coconut.

Chop one apple into small pieces and add it to the batter.
Mix and pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined cake pan. - 4
Peel the remaining apples, cut them into wedges, and slice each wedge, arranging them on top of the batter while maintaining their shape.

Sprinkle a tablespoon of coconut on the surface and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes.

As soon as it comes out of the oven, drizzle honey over the apples to give them a glossy finish.
