Take heavy bottomed pan or kadai. Dry roast dessicated coconut on low flame. Keep stirring it so that it doesn't change its colour. Add Kesar in two tablespoon of warm milk

When you get the smell of coconut add condensed milk and mix well. Also add Elaichi and Kesar milk too.

Grease the mould in which you want to set your Burfi. Put the mixture in this and with the help of spatula press gently.

Add dryfruits for garnishing and let it set for 2 hours. Cut into desired shape.
