Ingredients: 1/4 cup leaves; 3 tbsp mint leaves; 2 tbsp curry leaves; 1 tamarind leaves; 7-8 garlic cloves; 1 inch ginger piece; 3-4 green chillies; 2 tbsp roasted peanut; 1 tbsp curd; as per taste Salt

To prepared this chutney I have used different leaves with green Chilli, garlic, ginger etc.and the taste was very nice.

Ingredients

1/4 cupleaves
3 tbspmint leaves
2 tbspcurry leaves
1tamarind leaves

3-4green chillies
2 tbsproasted peanut
1 tbspcurd
as per tasteSalt

Steps

Wash all the leaves well and take together.put roasted peanuts in grinding jar.add the leaves,green chillies and salt.

Add curd and grind all until they turn smooth and fine paste. Serve this chutey with pakoda or sandwich.
