Ingredients

12 People
  1. 4 cupsSpinach
  2. 1/2 cupParsley
  3. 2 1/2 cupsMilk
  4. 5 qtWater
  5. 1 tablespoonSalt
  6. 1 lbElbow Macaroni
  7. 1/4 cupButter
  8. 1/4 cupFlour
  9. 2 teaspoonsGarlic Powder
  10. 2 teaspoonsOnion Powder
  11. 1 teaspoonSalt
  12. 1 teaspoonPepper
  13. 1 teaspoonPaprika
  14. 1 lbWhite Cheddar Cheese
  15. 1/2 cupMozzarella Cheese

Cooking Instructions

    In a food processor mix half the Milk, Spinach, and Parsley.

    In a large pot, put the water and the one tablespoon of salt on high heat till it boils. Then add the elbow macaroni and boil for 6 to 7 minutes then drain.

    In another large pot, On medium heat, Put in butter and flour and mix till golden Brown.

    Add the Milk, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Salt, Pepper, and Paprika to the pot and stir well.

    Add the Cheddar cheese and then mix well.

    Add in the Spinach mixture and mix until all green.

  7. 7

    Mix in the Pasta then put into a casserole dish.

    Top the Macaroni with Mozzarella and put in the oven for 5 mins on Broil.

    Enjoy it while it's warm!
