In a kadhai add oil.When hot add jeera.Add whole spices.Now add a paste of onion,tomato.Now cook for 2 min.Add boiled vegetables and Ginger garlic paste.Add all the dry masala and curd.cook for 5 mins.

In big vessel add boiled rice make a layer.Now add masala layer.Again make a layer of rice.Sprinkle fried onions,coriander leaves,saffron milk, and dry fruits and garam masala.Give Dum for 10 mins.Serve with raita
