The story behind this recipe is my nephews were at a family wedding so I had spare time to do something as when they are at home my day spend very busy in their studies so ....I had time then I thought to make these spicy ,tikka chunks or making late night cravings jhat pat sandwiches, rolls etc....

Cut the chicken breast into cubes

Add in all ingredients of marination mix well

Rest of 3 hours then cook in a pan

Add a splash of water to tender to chicken

When water reduced and msala coated with chunks then remove from the flame

Now heat a coal on the stove

When it turned red put on an onion cover inside the chunks and add 1 tbs of oil and instantly cover with a lid to smoke the chunks
