  2. 2 clovesgarlic
  3. Chopped fresh parsley, to taste
  4. Extra-virgin olive oil
  5. Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
  6. Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    In a large skillet, add olive oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. As soon as the garlic starts to sizzle, turn off the heat.

    When the pasta is cooked, add about 2 ladlefuls of pasta cooking water to the skillet.

    Add the drained pasta and a bit of parsley to the skillet, then toss over high heat.
