Oatmeal is high in fiber and it's help to lower cholesterol. It's quick to cook too. A healthy porridge for your little one 🙂.#kitchenbrigade

Mix 2 table spoon of oat flour with 1 cup of cold water in a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of nuteez peanut butter, stir the mixture continuously to avoid clumping.

Pour the mixture in a cooking pot, add 1 cup of milk, 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon of blueband and cook 15 minutes as you stir repeatedly.

Once the oatmeal has cooked, leave it to cool. You can mix in fruits if desired.
Serve warm - 4
Note: 2 table spoon of oatmeal flour makes 3 cups oatmeal baby porridge.
Very healthy for your little one 🙂.
