Heat a oil and ghee in big pan. Add the udad dal, mustard seed, cumin seeds, ground nut and red chilli. When mustard seeds are cracked add the curry leaves and green chili pieces, onion pieces. Saute it. Than add a semolina rava, salt, sugar, haldi and saute it till light brown on low flame.

Boiled the water in another vessel. When the water is boiled pour on upma mixture and stirring gently continues till upma consistency so not make lumps. Switch off the flame. Add the lemon juice and tomato pieces and mix well.

A delicious, tastey, healthy Upma is ready for serve. Garnish with coriander leave and shev.
