Ingredients

  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 250 gmpaneer
  • 100 gmpeas
  • 1 inchcinnamon
  • 2green cardamom
  • 2onion paste
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 tbspsalt

Steps

    Take wheat and Maida flour a large bowl mix oil salt masala and ajwain crumbling in your palm two or three minutes

  2. 2

    Make dough slightly warm water cover and rest 20 minute

  3. 3

    Cut medium size pieces paneer

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a kadai medium flame

  5. 5

    Add bay leaves cumin seeds cardamom and dalchini crackle,add onion paste stair and Saute, add ginger garlic paste Saute 1 minute.

  6. 6

    Add paneer and green peas mix well nicely add 1/2cup water cook medium flame 2 or3 mint. Wrinkle green coriander leaves remove gas flame

  7. 7

    Serve Garam Garam Masala Puri and matar paneer.
