Stuffed Amritsari kulcha and butter are one of my family's favourites breakfast .This is a Punjabi cuisine.Loved by everyone with butter and chole masala.Normally these kulchas are served with chole masala, Green chilli pickle and mango pickle .

Stuffed Amritsari kulcha and butter are one of my family's favourites breakfast .This is a Punjabi cuisine.Loved by everyone with butter and chole masala.Normally these kulchas are served with chole masala, Green chilli pickle and mango pickle .

Mix all-purpose flour,salt and ghee.Add water to make dough.(Not very soft)Leave it for 10 min.

Mix onion, green chilli,salt,red chilli powder, turmeric,fennel seeds powder.Leave it for 5 min.,so that extra water can be squeezed.

Squeeze the onion mixture.Add paneer,dry mango powder and garam masala.Mix it properly.

Now knead the dough for 2-3 min.Divide the dough into 7 portions.Make balls.Roll all the 7 balls and fill them with paneer mixture and close.Sprinkle oil and kalonji over it.Roll on all the filled balls like a puri.

Heat a tawa,cook these kulchas first on the tawa from both the sides and then on gas directly to give it a tandoori taste.

Serve it hot with butter,chane and pickle.

Your exotic breakfast is ready to serve.You can enjoy it only with.butter and pickle.

For masala chane,heat oil in a karahi,add cumin seeds(1/2 t.spoon.) green chilli (1 finely chopped) and finely chopped onion (1).Cook for 5 min.,add red chilli (1/2 t.spoon.) coriander powder (1 t.spoon.)garam masala (1/2 t.spoon.)and tomato puree(1/2 cup).Cook for 5 min.,add boiled Kabuli chane(11/2 cup) and its water.Cook for 5 min.and masala chane are ready to serve.
