Stuffed chicken breast, Salami, bacon and double cheese

Fry of the bacon and set aside

Cut pockets into the chicken breast.
Take a sharp knife cut a little pocket in one side of the chicken. I do this by placing one hand on top of the chicken to hold it steady and then using a sharp knife to slice halfway through the breast, like you would do if you were butterflying it, but stopping about three quarters into the chicken - 3
Combine the bacon, salami, feta and mozzarella cheese

Now just start spooning that bacon filling into the pocket in your chicken! (Use a spoon or your hand). Close the hole using a toothpick

Season the chicken breast on both sides with salt pepper and chicken spice
- 6
Fry your chicken in a preheated pan with the butter. This will take approximately 4 minutes per side. Check it the chicken are done before serving.
