  • 4large eggs
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 150 grRicotta or sheep cheese
  • 3 tbspfresh or dried dill
  • Salt and pepper if needed

  1. 1

    Melt the butter in a medium pan. Add cheese.

  2. 2

    Add eggs. Break yolks after 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle dill. Stir again. Ready in 2 minutes.
