Ingredients

1 - 2 hours
11 - 12 pints
  • 1 quartlemon juice
  • 3 quartswater
  • 4 1/2 cupssugar
  • 4 1/2 cups190 proof Everclear
  • 1/2 quartRaspberry purée
  • 350 mlRazzmatazz Raspberry liquor
  • 1/2 cupRaspberry syrup

Steps

1 - 2 hours
  1. 1

    Mix lemon juice, sugar and water and bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Let sit until it cool to about 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. 3

    And Everclear, Razzmatazz, raspberry purée and raspberry syrup. Do not add Everclear before mixture is cool. The alcohol will evaporate.

  4. 4

    Bottle in pint size mason jars. Let age for about a month. Longer the better. I usually fill a 1/2 pint jar as a taste tester.

    Drink and enjoy.
