Soaking rice : take a vessel, wash and soak basmati rice in water for 30 minutes. After 30 mins drain water from rice. Also, cut veggies and keep aside.

Cooking rice : heat water in pan. When water becomes hot then, add salt, cardmom, cinnamon, cloves etc. Bring the water to boil. Now, add soaked basmati rice. Continue to cook the rice till it comes to upward direction. The rice should not fully cooked.

For preparing biryani : take a pan add both ghee & oil. Also mix cumin seeds, bay leaf saute then till it crackles. Now, add capsicum and carrot, saute ot for 5-6 minutes. Afterwards add onion. saute it in low flame till ot turns to golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste.

Further add peas and green beans, saute it for 5-6 minutes. Also mix tomato. Saute all the veggies well.

Nextly, add cooked rice, salt, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, sahi biryani masala. Combine all the herbs and masala well.

Finally, garnish it with chpped green coriander leaves. Enjoy biryani with curd or raita.
