Boil and prepare the noodles as per instruction (the time) on the packet...once cooked drain the water and wash in running cold water to stop further cooking, apply little oil if not immediately cooking but for safer side oil it a bit with about 1/2 -1 Tsp oil.

Heat oil in a wok or pan, add in the garlic and onion and saute it for a minute or so, add carrot and beans and saute it for sometimes till it get cooked. Add in the spring onions white part too and freshly grounded black pepper and cook. Add in the boiled noodles and soya sauce too. Mix well with the veggies. Add in the green onions (green leaves of spring onion). Check salt and add as per taste and mix well. Serve hot with Chilli Chicken, Chilli Paneer, Chilli Fish etc.
