Ingredients

  • 1 cupchickpeas
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1/4warm water
  • 1 tbspsesame oil
  • 2 tbspslime juice
  • Garnish;
  • Olive oil
  • Cayenne
  • Fresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chickpeas over night. Boil in the pressure cooker and press bean function.

    Put all in ingredients into the blender, blending until smooth. Garnish with olive oil, cayenne and fresh coriander.
