Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2pieces Amberjack (buri) fillets
  2. 140 gramsKimchi (Chinese cabbage)
  3. 300 ml★Water
  4. 1 tsp★Chicken soup stock granules
  5. 1 tsp★Soy sauce
  6. 2 tspeach ★Sake and mirin
  7. 1/2 tsp★Doubanjiang (as desired)
  8. 1 tspSesame oil
  9. 1Green onions (chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Put all the ★ ingredients into a pot and turn the heat on high. When it starts to simmer, reduce the heat to medium, add the amberjack, and simmer for 7~8 minutes with the lid on.

    Add the kimchi and simmer for about 5~6 more minutes to let the flavors absorb. Lastly, add the sesame oil and stir it in.

    Transfer to a plate, garnish with green onions, and it's done!
