Cooking Instructions

Mix the the chicken slices with corn starch, kimchi sauce, grated ginger, and soy sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a lightly greased cake pan, air fry the chicken at 380F (190C) for about 10-12 minutes until the meat is cooked through. When done, add in chopped kimchi and stir. Air fry at 380F (190C) for 2 more minutes.

Garnish with green onion to serve.
