Hot milk Cake

First of all as a Cookpad ambassador I always tried to post a recipe , which is full proved & easy to make !
After tried & tested many tea cakes recipes ,many searches I found this Hot milk cake as a best tea cake ever!
I decorate this cake with condensed milk & dessicated coconut on top (optional)😋
Also use Almond flakes , raisins or any nuts for topping, or can serve as it is. Try this recipe & give a feedback. 💕

In a bowl add Eggs (should be on room temperature), vanilla essence & Sugar. Beat till creamy & fluffy consistency.

Now add sifted flour with baking powder and fold lightly till there are no lumps.

In a saucepan add milk with butter and butter essence, let the butter melts and milk simmers. Immediately add this Hot milk into cake mixture and fold it.

Add yellow food colour and pour into loaf mould. Bake at 180° for about 30 minutes. (I made it in pateela on stove).

After 30 minutes check with wooden skewer, if comes out clean then it's done. Let it cool completely then cut into slices.

Add dessicated coconut into condensed milk and brush it on top of the slices. (Can brush on slices or can brush on loaf then cut into slices). Tasty Hot milk cake is ready to serve 😋
